The Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art has a permanent collection of more than 600 objects from China, India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Himalayas.  The museum also exhibits work from outside collections, including a gallery dedicated to Himalayan objects from the Rubin Museum of Art in New York.  As Director of Adult and Public Programs, Neil's primary responsibilities are the development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of docent training, adult lectures, teacher workshops, and internships.  Additional aspects of his position include the creation of gallery guides and online content, maintaining and expanding their research library, presenting at conferences and workshops, and planning annual festivals.  His overall purpose is to develop engaging experiences and increase access to the works exhibited in order to contribute to the understanding and appreciation of Asian Cultures.
