Karl Haller

Karl Haller (M.S. West Virginia University, 1941) Senior Staff Member.
Mr. Haller, in charge of purchasing and equipment repair, has been a member of the Austin College staff since 1965. He taught Introductory Biology laboratories for many years and had a JanTerm course in Bird Taxidermy. His research interests are in Ornithology and he is active in bird surveys and volunteer work at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge. Mr. Haller has been nationally recognized for his work by being awarded the National Wildlife Refuge Association/Audubon Society 1995 Volunteer of the Year Award.
