Submit to Dr. Peggy Redshaw:

1)  A statement not to exceed one page that describes your scientific interests and goals. Indicate your motivation and interests to conduct laboratory research and state reasons why you feel particularly qualified for this program.

2)  Three letters of recommendation and transcripts -- given to Dr. Peggy Redshaw.

3)  Once the AC committee has reviewed all applications, the two individuals selected will need to complete the on-line application.The application is available at http://www.utsouthwestern.edu/SURF/SURFAPP
