For verbs, give all four principal parts. For nouns, give nominative, genitive, and gender. For adjectives, give the nominative forms (always make 3 nominatives, so fortis, forte should be given as fortis, fortis, forte. Put lowercase na in the boxes you do not use.
Identify the parts of speech with the abbreviations given for the 5th box. In the 6th, give the number of the declension or conjugation (if a noun or verb (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3i or 3io), or the case it takes (if a preposition). If it is another type of word, write lowercase na in the space.
