Liberty Fund  This is an extensive site on both current policies and the history and philosophy of liberty.  It includes the amazing Online Library of Liberty, a huge repository of primary etexts in extremely useable format.  The OLL won  a "Best of the Humanities on the Web" Award for 2005-6 from the National Endowment for the Humanities. In the opinion of the awards committee, the OLL has some of "the highest quality humanities-related educational content on the Internet," based on the criteria of "intellectual quality, content, design, and most importantly, classroom impact.  Don't miss it.

OnPower.Org  is the research portal of the Independent Institute,  an important think-tank in the resurgence of the study of liberty, including a huge range of social and political thought and commentary. 

The Ludwig von Mises Institute   The Ludwig von Mises Institute is a crucial think-tank and study center for all of the traditions mentioned above.  It preserves the enormous scholarship of Ludwig von Mises as well as other leading thinkers of the Austrian School of Economics:  Hayek, Rothbard, Hazlitt, and others.  It has two related blogsites, a staggering supply of online materials ranging across a dozen disciplines, and much more.
