Your group is to write a tale – a story that reveals something about the nature of
participative and/or directive leadership. It can be based on real experiences, or be
completely fictional – it’s up to the group. You may draw on other sources
(other tales, as it were) for inspiration, but this needs to be an original tale. Your
story will be assessed on how well it both (a) communicates its point, and (b) accurately
reflects what we have discussed about participative and directive models of leadership.
