Crime Prevention is a tool available to all who wish to practice its concepts and reap its benefits.  It costs little or nothing, but often saves a great deal when utilized.

Crime Prevention usually involves actions
we already take for granted when we are in unfamiliar environments.  The catch is that we all have a tendency to become less actively committed to crime prevention as we become more comfortable and familiar with our surroundings and our community.
